In short: paid plans are one-time digital purchases and are non-refundable. Try the free assessment first. Duplicate charges or failed deliveries are refunded — see below.
HMLens AI sells digital services (AI resume assessment, rewriting, PDF generation and related tools). Because access and AI processing are delivered instantly and consume real compute cost the moment you purchase, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
Our paid Pro plan is a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription. There is no auto-renewal and nothing to cancel for the future — you are charged only once, when you choose to upgrade.
You can use the free assessment to evaluate the quality and fit of the Service before purchasing a paid plan. We encourage you to do so, as this helps you make an informed decision.
We will review refunds only in these cases: (a) you were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate charge), or (b) you paid but the paid features were never unlocked due to a verified technical failure on our side. Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method.
For a duplicate charge or failed delivery, email support@hmlens.in within 7 days of the transaction with your registered email and the payment/order reference. We aim to respond within 3 business days, and approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days by our payment partner (Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record).
If you believe a charge is in error, please contact us first — we will resolve genuine issues quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account.
