By accessing or using HMLens AI (the "Service") at hmlens.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
HMLens AI provides automated resume scoring, ATS analysis, and AI-powered resume rewriting to help users improve interview readiness. The product delivers instant digital reports after payment. The Service also includes 1-page PDF generation, job-description tailoring and related career tools that analyse the resume and details you provide and produce suggestions and generated documents.
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. We use Google sign-in; keep your credentials secure.
We offer a free tier and a paid one-time plan (Pro). Paid purchases are processed securely by our third-party payment partner. Access to paid features is granted on successful payment. Prices and features may change; changes do not affect a purchase already completed.
All products are 100% digital — there is no physical shipment. Your assessment, rewrite, report and generated PDF are delivered electronically and made available instantly on-screen and within your account immediately after successful payment. If a report or document does not appear after a successful payment, contact us at support@hmlens.in and we will resolve it or issue a refund.
Outputs are generated by AI and are intended as drafting assistance. We follow a zero-fabrication policy, but you are responsible for reviewing, editing and verifying all content before use. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, ATS pass rates, or any specific outcome. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: uploading content you do not have the right to use, attempting to reverse-engineer or overload the platform, or using it for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.
You retain ownership of the resume content you upload and the final documents you generate. We retain all rights to the HMLens AI platform, software, branding and rubric. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the Service to you.
Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy. We scrub personal contact details before sending text to AI providers, apply data-retention limits, and let you export or delete your data at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HMLens AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or loss of opportunity. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your Dashboard. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
